God was, is and will forever be God:
“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God” (Psalm 90:2).
Jesus exemplified this very fact, said: “God saying, ‘I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. God is not the God of the dead, but of the living’” (Matthew 22:32).
On the other hand, the gods of this world are dead: “For all the gods of the nations are idols:” (Psalm 96:5).
Every human being would be wise to come to this knowledge of the truth and worship only God: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).
“For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth” (1 Timothy 2:3-4).
“The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God” (Psalm 9:17).
