“Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite” (Psalm 147:5).
“For the LORD is [GREAT, AND GREATLY TO BE PRAISED]: he is to be [FEARED] above all gods. For all the gods of the nations are [IDOLS]: but the LORD made the heavens” (Psalm 96:4–5).
“It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: [GREAT IS THY FAITHFULNESS]” (Lamentations 3:22-23).
“Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a [FAITHFUL] Creator” (1 Peter 4:19).
“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18).
We must therefore be FAITHFUL in doing what God has commanded: “And this is his commandment, That [WE SHOULD BELIEVE ON THE NAME OF HIS SON JESUS CHRIST, AND LOVE ONE ANOTHER], as he gave us commandment” (1 John 3:23).
“For God so loved the world, that [HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE] (John 3:16).
“[BELOVED, IF GOD SO LOVED US, WE OUGHT ALSO TO LOVE ONE ANOTHER]. No man hath seen God at any time. [IF WE LOVE ONE ANOTHER, GOD DWELLETH IN US, AND HIS LOVE IS PERFECTED IN US]” (1 John 4:11-12).
“Hatred stirreth up strifes: but [LOVE COVERETH ALL SINS]” (Proverbs 10:12).
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love” (1 John 4:18).
“Owe no man any thing, but to [LOVE ONE ANOTHER: FOR HE THAT LOVETH ANOTHER HATH FULFILLED THE LAW].
For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore [LOVE IS THE FULFILLING OF THE LAW]” (Romans 13:8-10).
“Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen” (Galatians 6:18).
