When we take up the CROSS OF JESUS every day we reaffirm our FAITH in JESUS CHRIST to be with him FOREVER where he is in HEAVEN with GOD: “For ye are all the [CHILDREN OF GOD] by [FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS]” (Galatians 3:24).

“NOW FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN” (Hebrews 11:1).

“[WHILE WE LOOK NOT AT THE THINGS WHICH ARE SEEN], but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; [BUT THE THINGS WHICH ARE NOT SEEN ARE ETERNAL]” (2 Corinthians 4:18).

We must BE READY every day because we do not know the time of the end of our lifetime: “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but [AFTER THIS THE JUDGMENT]” (Hebrews 9:27).

“[FOR WE ARE SAVED BY HOPE: BUT HOPE THAT IS SEEN IS NOT HOPE]: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? [BUT IF WE HOPE FOR THAT WE SEE NOT, THEN DO WE WITH PATIENCE WAIT FOR IT]” (Romans 8:22-25).

“[FOR SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD MEN HAVE NOT HEARD, NOR PERCEIVED BY THE EAR, NEITHER HATH THE EYE SEEN], O God, beside thee, [WHAT HE HATH PREPARED FOR HIM THAT WAITETH FOR HIM]” (Isaiah 64:4).

“[WHO HATH SAVED US, AND CALLED US WITH AN HOLY CALLING], not according to our works, but [ACCORDING TO HIS OWN PURPOSE AND GRACE], which was [GIVEN US IN CHRIST JESUS BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN]” (2 Timothy 1:9).

“Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. [BUT NOW WE SEE NOT YET ALL THINGS PUT UNDER HIM]” (Hebrews 2:8).

“[LOOKING FOR THAT BLESSED HOPE, AND THE GLORIOUS APPEARING OF THE GREAT GOD AND OUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST]” (Titus 2:13).

Let us also keep these words as a DAILY reminder spoken by the Apostle, said: “Henceforth there is laid up for me a [CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS], which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and [NOT TO ME ONLY, BUT UNTO ALL THEM ALSO THAT LOVE HIS APPEARING]” (2 Timothy 4:8).

Peter, the disciple of JESUS also reminded us, said: “Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless” (2 Peter 3:14).

“Be ye also patient; stablish your heart: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh” (James 5:8).

Finally, our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST reminds us, said: “[IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME], [LET HIM DENY HIMSELF], and [TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23).

“And he that [TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS, AND FOLLOWETH AFTER ME, IS NOT WORTHY] of me” (Matthew 10:38).

“No man, having put his hand to the plough, [AND LOOKING BACK], is fit for the Kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62).

“Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels” (Mark 8:37-38).

“[BE YE THEREFORE READY] also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not” (Luke 12:40).

“[FEAR NOT, LITTLE FLOCK]; for it is your Father’s [GOOD PLEASURE TO GIVE YOU THE KINGDOM]” (Luke 12:32).

“I am with you alway, [EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD]. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).

We must keep before us DAILY these words of our Lord JESUS who asked: “Nevertheless when the Son of man [COMETH], shall he find [FAITH] on the earth? (Luke 18:8).

This question should NOT be taken lightly because the word of GOD says:  “Blessed is the man that [HEARETH ME, WATCHING DAILY] at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors” (Proverbs 8:34).

Our Lord JESUS also says: “[BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HEAR] the word of God, and keep it” (Luke 11:28).

“[IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME], [LET HIM DENY HIMSELF], and [TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23).

“And he that [TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS], and [FOLLOWETH AFTER ME, IS NOT WORTHY OF ME]” (Matthew 10:38).

“No man, having put his hand to the plough, [AND LOOKING BACK], is fit for the Kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62).

“[ENTER YE IN AT THE STRAIT GATE]: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat; because strait is the gate, and [NARROW IS THE WAY, WHICH LEADETH UNTO LIFE], and [FEW THERE BE THAT FIND IT]” (Matthew 7:13–14).

“For many are called, but [FEW ARE CHOSEN]” (Matthew 22:14).

“[LAY NOT UP FOR YOURSELVES TREASURES UPON EARTH], where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal. But [LAY UP FOR YOURSELVES TREASURES IN HEAVEN], where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. [FOR WHERE YOUR TREASURE IS, THERE WILL YOUR HEART BE ALSO]” (Matthew 6:19-21).

“[FEAR NOT, LITTLE FLOCK]; for it is your Father’s [GOOD PLEASURE TO GIVE YOU THE KINGDOM]” (Luke 12:32).

“I am with you alway, [EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD]. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).

“[BEHOLD, I COME AS A THIEF]. [BLESSED IS HE THAT WATCHETH], and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation 16:15).

“He which testifieth these things saith, [SURELY I COME QUICKLY]. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).

GOD’s two key PROMISES to human beings: The BOW IN THE CLOUD and THE C R O S S: “[IN HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD], that cannot lie, [PROMISED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN]” (Titus 1:2).

After Noah and his family came out of the ark after the great flood, God promised that the earth will not perish again by a great flood. God declared to Noah:

“[I DO SET MY BOW IN THE CLOUD], and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh” (Genesis 9:13, 15).

God promised to to save human beings who believe in his only begotten Son before heaven and earth perishes by fire on the Last Day.

“[FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17).

“[FOR THE PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:19).

“[WHEREBY THE WORLD THAT THEN WAS, BEING OVERFLOWED WITH WATER, PERISHED]: But [THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH, WHICH ARE NOW], by the same word are kept in store, [RESERVED UNTO FIRE AGAINST THE DAY OF JUDGMENT] and perdition of ungodly men” (2 Peter 3:6-7).

“[THE LORD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE], as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?” (2 Peter 3:9-12).

“Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless” (2 Peter 3:13-14).

“Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto [ETERNAL LIFE]” (Jude 1:21).

“[FOR SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD MEN HAVE NOT HEARD, NOR PERCEIVED BY THE EAR, NEITHER HATH THE EYE SEEN], O God, beside thee, what [HE HATH PREPARED FOR HIM THAT WAITETH FOR HIM]” (Isaiah 64:4).

“[OUR SOUL WAITETH] for the LORD: he is our help and our shield” (Psalm 33:20). “It is good that a man should [BOTH HOPE AND QUIETLY WAIT] for the [SALVATION] of the LORD” (Lamentation 3:26).

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14).

DO NOT FORGET to take up the CROSS OF JESUS TODAY because he says: “If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his [CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23). “And he that [TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS, AND FOLLOWETH AFTER ME, IS NOT WORTHY OF ME]” (Matthew 10:38).

“He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. [IF ANY MAN SERVE ME, LET HIM FOLLOW ME; AND WHERE I AM, THERE SHALL ALSO MY SERVANT BE]” (Matthew 12:24-26).

“No man, having put his hand to the plough, and [LOOKING BACK], is fit for the Kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62). “But he that shall [ENDURE UNTO THE END], the same shall be [SAVED]” (Matthew 24:13).

“Remember Lot’s wife” (Luke 17:32)?

Lot, his wife and two daughters were elected to be SAVED from the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah. The angels of God told them, saying: “Escape for thy life; [LOOK NOT BEHIND THEE], neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed” (Genesis 19:17).

Lot’s wife did not BELIEVE the word of God as spoken by the angels of God :…”LOOK NOT BEHIND THEE,…”.. Lot’s wife was disobedient to the word of God; LOT’S WIFE DID NOT ENDURE TO THE END AND LOST HER SALVATION! Lot’s wife loved life so much in Sodom and Gomorrah that she had to have one last look, but it was not to be, because she turned into a pillar of salt (Genesis 19:26).We are not to look back on this earth to the LUSTS, PLEASURES, AND PRIDE OF LIFE, in other words, the “pollutions” of this world because Peter, a disciple of Jesus warned, saying:

“[FOR IF AFTER THEY HAVE ESCAPED THE POLLUTIONS OF THE WORLD] through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, [THE LATTER END IS WORSE WITH THEM THAN THE BEGINNING]” (2 Peter 2:20).

“[TAKE HEED, BRETHREN, LEST THERE BE IN ANY OF YOU AN EVIL HEART OF UNBELIEF, IN DEPARTING FROM THE LIVING GOD]. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto [THE END]” (Hebrews 3:12-14).

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that [WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. [HE THAT BELIEVETH ON HIM IS NOT CONDEMNED]: but [HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY], because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God” (John 3:16-18).

The CROSS gateway to HEAVEN is still open and if you have not already done so REPENT of your SINS and BELIEVE in JESUS CHRIST: “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that [WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. “[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8) says: “[THE TIME IS FULFILLED], and the Kingdom of God is at hand: [REPENT YE, AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL]” (Mark 1:15).

“[I CAME] not [TO CALL] the righteous, but [SINNERS TO REPENTANCE]” (Luke 5:32).

“[EXCEPT YE REPENT, YE SHALL ALL LIKEWISE PERISH]” (Luke 13:3).

“For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me” (John 6:38).

“And this [GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM SHALL BE PREACHED IN ALL THE WORLD] for a witness unto all nations; [AND THEN SHALL THE END COME]” (Matthew 24:14).

“[NO MAN CAN COME TO ME], except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and [I WILL RAISE HIM UP AT THE LAST DAY]” (John 6:44).

“[I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE]: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

We are CHILDREN OF GOD by the FAITH in JESUS CHRIST (Galatians 3:24). We take up the CROSS of JESUS and live in PEACE in this world. We DO NOT take up placards and protest in this world. “[FOR THE WISDOM OF THIS WORLD IS FOOLISHNESS WITH GOD]” (1 Corinthians 3:19).

“[AND BE NOT CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD]: but [BE YE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND], that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2).

“[LOVE NOT THE WORLD, NEITHER THE THINGS THAT ARE IN THE WORLD]. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. [AND THE WORLD PASSETH AWAY], and the lust thereof: [BUT HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF GOD ABIDETH FOREVER]” (1 John 2:15–17).

DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE to STOP FOLLOWING JESUS because TIME is running OUT and there is NOTHING to turn back to in this world: “[FOR THE WISDOM OF THIS WORLD IS FOOLISHNESS WITH GOD]” (1 Corinthians 3:19).

“For the [PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that [PERISH FOOLISHNESS]; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:18-19).

“For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that [THE WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED]” (John 3:17).

“[WHOSOEVER THEREFORE WILL BE A FRIEND OF THE WORLD IS AN ENEMY OF GOD]” (James 4:4).

“[AND BE NOT CONFORMED TO THIS WORLD]: but [BE YE TRANSFORMED BY THE RENEWING OF YOUR MIND], that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God” (Romans 12:2).

TO DO THE WILL OF GOD is to BELIEVE the word of GOD is to BELIEVE in the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD. “[THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).

JESUS, the only begotten Son of God says: “It is written, that [MAN SHALL] not [LIVE] by bread alone, but [BY EVERY WORD OF GOD]” (Luke 4:4).

“[BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HEAR THE WORD] of God, and keep it” (Luke 11:28).

“It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: [THE WORDS THAT I SPEAK UNTO YOU, THEY ARE SPIRIT, AND THEY ARE LIFE]” (John 6:63).

“[HE THAT REJECTETH ME, AND RECEIVETH NOT MY WORDS], hath one that judgeth him: [THE WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN, THE SAME SHALL JUDGE HIM IN THE LAST DAY]” (John 12:48).

“Heaven and earth shall pass away, but [MY WORDS SHALL NOT PASS AWAY]” (Matthew 24:35).

“Jesus Christ the same [YESTERDAY], and [TODAY], and [FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8). “Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).

The CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY PATHWAY TO ETERNITY (John 14:6):

“[FOR THE PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the power of God. For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to [SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE]” (1 Corinthians 1:19, 21).

“LET not your heart be troubled: [YE BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME]” (John 14:1).

“[ALL POWER IS GIVEN UNTO ME IN HEAVEN AND IN EARTH]” (Matthew 28:18). “The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand” (John 3:35). “Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father” (John 6:46). “All things that the Father hath are mine” (John 16:15).

“The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand: [REPENT YE, AND BELIEVE THE GOSPEL]” (Mark 1:15). “And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall [THE END] come” (Matthew 24:14).

The CROSS OF JESUS is the ONLY GATEWAY entrance to HEAVEN (John 14:6).

The CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST is the ONLY ENTRANCE to HEAVEN: “For the [PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that [PERISH FOOLISHNESS]; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:18-19).

“[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8) says: “[NOT EVERY ONE] that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, [SHALL ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN]; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).

My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one” (John 10:27-30).

“[FEAR NOT, LITTLE FLOCK]; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” (Luke 12:32).

“I am with you alway, [EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD]. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).

“If any man have an ear, let him hear. [HE THAT HATH AN EAR, LET HIM HEAR WHAT THE SPIRIT SAITH UNTO THE CHURCHES]” (Revelation 13:9, 2:29).

“And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the [TIME IS AT HAND]. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and [MY REWARD IS WITH ME, TO GIVE EVERY MAN ACCORDING AS HIS WORK SHALL BE]” (Revelation 22:10-12).

“I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. [BLESSED ARE THEY THAT DO HIS COMMANDMENTS, THAT THEY MAY HAVE RIGHT TO THE TREE OF LIFE, AND MAY ENTER IN THROUGH THE GATES INTO THE CITY]” (Revelation 22:13-14).

“He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).
