Treasures in HEAVEN or riches on earth?

“The world’s most expensive car” was another headline in the news today.
It does not matter how expensive or least expensive any car is on this earth because ALL will turn to RUST and fade away in due time!

Even human beings fade away because we are not on this earth forever (John 3:16-18). “And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment” (Hebrews 9:27).

“And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath [APPOINTED A DAY], in the which he will [JUDGE THE WORLD IN RIGHTEOUSNESS BY THAT MAN WHOM HE HATH ORDAINED]; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead” (Acts 17:30-31).

JESUS CHRIST, the only begotten Son of God says: “[LAY NOT UP FOR YOURSELVES TREASURES UPON EARTH], where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal. But [LAY UP FOR YOURSELVES TREASURES IN HEAVEN], where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also” (Matthew 6:19-21).

The Apostle Paul said: “IF ye then be risen with Christ, [SEEK THOSE THINGS WHICH ARE ABOVE], where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth. For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory” (Colossians 3:1-4).

“I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me” (Galatians 2:20).

“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us” (Romans 8:18).

TIME is ticking down to secure SALVATION.

Just as the sun goes down and sets everyday at the end of the day, the day is soon coing when the sunset will be on the LAST DAY: the Last Day of habitation of life on this earth (Matthew 24:36) (Revelation 11:18).

Before the CROSS leading to ETERNAL LIFE disappears FOREVER, if you have not already done so, get SAVED and FOLLOW JESUS (John 3:16-18).

“For it is written, ‘I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.’ For the [PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:18-19).

“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt [CONFESS WITH THY MOUTH] the Lord Jesus, and shalt [BELIEVE IN THINE HEART] that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be [SAVED]. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto [SALVATION]” (Romans 10:8-10).

The roadway to ETERNAL LIFE.

In the traffic of this lifetime, there will be many roads travelled to many destinations. But, know this fact, there is only one road which leads to HEAVEN (Revelation 2:7)!

While this road is still here today before this heaven and earth passes away (1 Peter 21:33) (Mark 13:31) (2 Peter 3:10), get hold of the coordinates to find and stay in the right direction on this road.

Where is this road?

There is only one man who knows the way, and he is the ONLY begotten Son of God (John 3:16-18).

“No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him” (John 1:18).

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus: who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6).

What is his name?

His name is JESUS CHRIST.

“Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever” (Hebrews 13:8), says: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” (John 14:6).

The DOOR of SALVATION.

While the door is still open, for those among us who have not already done so, come to knowledge of the truth: BELIEVE in the only SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever [BELIEVETH] in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).

“But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; That if thou shalt [CONFESS] with thy mouth the Lord
Jesus, and shalt [BELIEVE] in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be [SAVED]. For [WITH THE HEART MAN BELIEVETH UNTO RIGHTEOUSNESS]; and [WITH THE MOUTH CONFESSION IS MADE UNTO SALVATION]” (Romans 10:8-10).

“For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:19).

Jesus Christ says: “[I AM THE DOOR]: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture” (John 10:9).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall [NEVER SEE DEATH]” (John 8:51).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that [HEARETH MY WORD], and [BELIEVETH] on him that sent me, hath [EVERLASTING LIFE], and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life” (John 5:24).

JESUS is coming to SAVE US.

Do not be DECEIVED by claims of a coming New Age to save the earth because the earth is being destroyed!

On the coming of DAY of our Lord Jesus Christ (Matthew 24:36) it is written:

“And the nations were angry, and thy [WRATH IS COME], and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest [DESTROY THEM WHICH DESTROY THE EARTH]” (Revelation 11:18).

“And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:
For [THE GREAT DAY OF HIS WRATH IS COME]; and who shall be able to [STAND]?” (Revelation 6:15-17).

Jesus says: “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15). “Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3).

“[WATCH] ye therefore, and [PRAY] always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man” (Luke 21:34–36).

“The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah” (Psalm 46:6-7, 10-11).
“Our soul waiteth for the LORD: he is our help and our shield” (Psalm 33:20).

“The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD” (Lamentations 3:25-26).

Be ALWAYS READY to ESCAPE on the LAST DAY!

“The day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up” (2 Peter 3:10).

“For when [THEY SHALL SAY, PEACE AND SAFETY; THEN SUDDEN DESTRUCTION] cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; [AND THEY SHALL NOT ESCAPE]” (1 Thessalonians 5:3).

Jesus says: “Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to [ESCAPE] all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man” (Luke 21:34–36).

“Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame” (Revelation 16:15).

“Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh” (Matthew 24:44).

“Watch ye therefore, beloved, seeing ye know these things before, beware lest ye also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own stedfastness” (2 Peter 3:17).

“Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is” (Mark 13:33).

“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come” (Matthew 24:42).

“And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch” (Mark 13:37).
