GOOD FRIDAY: God’s LOVE for human beings – SALVATION (John 3:16).

We must take a moment of silence in prayer this Good Friday to acknowledge the magnitude of God’s love for humankind (John 1:1-4, 14, 3:16-18).

It doesn’t matter who we are in this world, if we want to be freed from this earth on the Last Day to make it to the next world without an end in New Heavens and a New Earth (Isaiah 65:17-18) (John 3:16-18, 14:2–3) (Ephesians 3:9-12) (2 Peter 3:13) (Revelation 21:1-2), the word of God says:

“He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed” (John 8:36).

“Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth” (Isaiah 53:4-5,7).

“For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. [FOR AS IN ADAM ALL DIE, EVEN SO IN CHRIST SHALL ALL BE MADE ALIVE]” (1 Corinthians 15:21–22).

“For ye are dead, and your [LIFE] is hid with Christ in God]” (Colossians 3:3).

“That whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE ETERNAL LIFE]” (John 3:15).

“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus: who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time” (1 Timothy 2:5–6).

“[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8). “Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).

God the Father is EVERLASTING and His Only Begotten is ALIVE FOREVER, and they are the ONLY ONES who can give human beings EVERLASTING LIFE (John 5:21-24) (Revelation 22:1-6).

“[For ye are dead, and your [LIFE] is hid with Christ in God” (Colossians 3:3).

“[FOR AS THE FATHER RAISETH UP THE DEAD, AND QUICKENETH THEM; EVEN SO THE SON QUICKENETH WHOM HE WILL]. For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son: [THAT ALL MEN SHOULD HONOUR THE SON, EVEN AS THEY HONOUR THE FATHER]. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him. Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and [BELIEVETH ON HIM THAT SENT ME, HATH EVERLASTING LIFE, AND SHALL NOT COME INTO CONDEMNATION; BUT IS PASSED FROM DEATH UNTO LIFE]” (John 5:21-24).

DO NOT gamble with SALVATION because on the Last Day habitation of life will cease FOREVER on this earth. On the LAST DAY every human being will either obtain EVERLASTING LIFE or the Second Death in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:11-15)?

Now is the TIME to REPENT of your SINS and BELIEVE in JESUS CHRIST to inherit EVERLASTING LIFE on the Last Day in the World Without End in New Heavens and a New Earth (Isaiah 65:17-18) (Revelation 21:1-5).

Jesus Christ warns, says: “I said therefore unto you, that ye shall die in your sins: for [IF YE BELIEVE NOT THAT I AM HE, YE SHALL DIE IN YOUR SINS]” (John 8:24).

“For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me” (John 6:38).

“LET not your heart be troubled: [YE BELIEVE IN GOD, BELIEVE ALSO IN ME]” (John 14:1).

“[FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that [WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. [FOR GOD SENT] not [HIS SON INTO THE WORLD] to condemn the world; but [THAT THE WORLD THROUGH HIM MIGHT BE SAVED]” (John 3:16-17).

“He that believeth on him is not condemned: but [HE THAT BELIEVETH NOT IS CONDEMNED ALREADY, BECAUSE HE HATH NOT BELIEVED] in the name of the only begotten Son of God.” (John 3:16-18).

“[THE TIME IS FULFILLED], and the Kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel” (Mark 1:15).

“I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance” (Luke 5:32).

“Except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish” (Luke 13:3).

“Search the Scriptures; for in them ye think ye have [ETERNAL LIFE]: and they are they which testify of me. And ye will not [COME TO ME, THAT YE MIGHT HAVE LIFE]” (John 5:39–40).

“[NO MAN CAN COME TO ME], except the Father which hath sent me draw him: [AND I WILL RAISE HIM UP AT THE LAST DAY]” (John 6:44).

“[IN MY FATHER’S HOUSE ARE MANY MANSIONS]: if it were not so, I would have told you. [I GO TO PREPARE A PLACE FOR YOU].

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

[AND WHITHER I GO YE KNOW, AND THE WAY YE KNOW].

Thomas saith unto him, ‘Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way?’

Jesus saith unto him, ‘[I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE: NO MAN COMETH UNTO THE FATHER, BUT BY ME]’” (John 14:2-6).

“[I AM HE THAT LIVETH, AND WAS DEAD; AND, BEHOLD, I AM ALIVE FOR EVERMORE], Amen; and have the keys of hell and of death” (Revelation 1:18).

The CROSS OF JESUS is the POWER OF GOD to obtain EVERLASTING LIFE to get to be with GOD in EVERLASTING HABITATIONS. DO NOT FORGET today to take up the CROSS OF JESUS CHRIST.

“[BLESSED] is the man that [HEARETH ME, WATCHING DAILY] at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors” (Proverbs 8:34).

JESUS says: “[BLESSED ARE THEY THAT HEAR THE WORD] of God, and keep it” (Luke 11:28)

“[IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME], [LET HIM DENY HIMSELF], and [TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23).

“And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me” (Matthew 10:38).

“No man, having put his hand to the plough, [AND LOOKING BACK], is fit for the Kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62).

“Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels” (Mark 8:37-38).

“[TAKE HEED, BRETHREN], lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. “For ye are all the children of God by [FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS]” (Galatians 3:24).

“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen” (2 Corinthians 13:14).

JESUS, the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD, the SALVATION OF GOD (John 1:1-3, 14, 3:16-18) (1 John 5:7–8), says: “[NOT EVERY ONE] that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, [SHALL ENTER INTO THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN]; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 7:21).

“No man, having put his hand to the plough, [AND LOOKING BACK], is fit for the Kingdom of God” (Luke 9:62).

“[MY SHEEP HEAR MY VOICE, AND I KNOW THEM, AND THEY FOLLOW ME: AND I GIVE UNTO THEM ETERNAL LIFE]; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. [MY FATHER, WHICH GAVE THEM ME, IS GREATER THAN ALL; AND NO MAN IS ABLE TO PLUCK THEM OUT OF MY FATHER’S HAND. I AND MY FATHER ARE ONE]” (John 10:27-30).

“[FEAR NOT, LITTLE FLOCK]; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom” (Luke 12:32).

“I am with you alway, [EVEN UNTO THE END OF THE WORLD]. Amen” (Matthew 28:20).

GOOD FRIDAY: JESUS CRUCIFIED AND DIED ON THE CROSS AT THE NINTH HOUR (Mark 15:33-34. 38-39).

Today and every day of our lives when we drink a glass of water especially when we are thirsty, let us be reminded how much our Lord Jesus sacrificed for us on the DAY he was CRUCIFIED ON THE CROSS.

On the day our Lord Jesus was crucified, it was a very hot day as he suffered in the heat assuredly he requested a drink of water. However, the Roman soldiers did not give JESUS water to drink: “[THEY GAVE HIM VINEGAR TO DRINK MINGLED WITH GALL]: and [WHEN HE HAD TASTED THEREOF, HE WOULD NOT DRINK]” (Matthew 27:34).

“And when the sixth hour was come, there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour. And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, ‘Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?’ which is, being interpreted, ‘My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?’ And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom. And when the centurion, which stood over against him, saw that he so cried out, and gave up the ghost, he said, ‘[TRULY THIS MAN WAS THE SON OF GOD]”’ (Mark 15:33-34. 38-39).

Jesus was crucified along with two thieves. It was customary after a crucifixion to break the legs; however, “when they came to Jesus, and saw that he was already dead, they did not break his legs; but, one of the soldiers with a spear pierced his side, and forthwith came there out blood and water” (John 19:33–34).

“[AND HE THAT SAW IT BARE RECORD AND HIS RECORD IS TRUE]: and he knoweth that he saith true, [THAT YE MIGHT BELIEVE]” (John 19:35).

This record of blood and water which came out of the pierced side of Jesus is significant as spoken of by John when he asked:

“Who is he that [OVERCOMETH THE WORLD], but he that [BELIEVETH THAT JESUS IS THE SON OF GOD]? [THIS IS HE THAT CAME BY WATER AND BLOOD, EVEN JESUS CHRIST]; not by water only, but [BY WATER AND BLOOD]. And it is [THE SPIRIT THAT BEARETH WITNESS, BECAUSE THE SPIRIT IS TRUTH]” (1 John 5:5–6).

“[THE SPIRIT ITSELF BEARETH WITNESS WITH OUR SPIRIT, THAT WE ARE THE CHILDREN OF GOD]: And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; [IF SO BE THAT WE SUFFER WITH HIM, THAT WE MAY BE ALSO GLORIFIED TOGETHER]” (Romans 8:16-17).

“[JESUS CHRIST] the same [YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8). “Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).

We must keep faithful at sunrise every day taking up the CROSS OF JESUS, the LIGHT AND SALVATION, and not be concerned about the ebb and flow of events around this world all heading in one direction to the End of the World (Matthew 24:1-36).

Our Lord Jesus says: “[I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD: HE THAT FOLLOWETH ME] shall not walk in darkness, but [SHALL HAVE THE LIGHT OF LIFE]” (John 8:12).

“[AS LONG AS I AM IN THE WORLD, I AM THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD]” (John 9:5).

“[IF ANY MAN WILL COME AFTER ME], [LET HIM DENY HIMSELF], and [TAKE UP HIS CROSS DAILY], and [FOLLOW ME]” (Luke 9:23).

“And he that [TAKETH NOT HIS CROSS], and followeth after me, [IS NOT WORTHY OF ME]” (Matthew 10:38).

“[FOR WE ARE SAVED BY HOPE]: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for? But if [WE HOPE FOR THAT WE SEE NOT], then do we with patience wait for it” (Romans 8:22-25).

“[IN HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD], that cannot lie, [PROMISED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN]” (Titus 1:2).

“[FOR SINCE THE BEGINNING OF THE WORLD MEN HAVE NOT HEARD, NOR PERCEIVED BY THE EAR, NEITHER HATH THE EYE SEEN], O God, beside thee, what [HE HATH PREPARED FOR HIM THAT WAITETH FOR HIM]” (Isaiah 64:4).

“[FOR HE IS THE LIVING GOD, AND STEDFAST FOR EVER, AND HIS KINGDOM THAT WHICH SHALL NOT BE DESTROYED, AND HIS DOMINION SHALL BE EVEN UNTO THE END]” (Daniel 6:26).

“[OUR SOUL WAITETH] for the LORD: he is our help and our shield” (Psalm 33:20). “It is good that a man should [BOTH HOPE AND QUIETLY WAIT] for the [SALVATION] of the LORD” (Lamentation 3:26).

“Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).

“To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 5:11).

The CROSS OF JESUS is the ONLY WAY to get from this world, a temporal realm, to the WORLD WITHOUT END, the EVERLASTING HABITATIONS, to escape the Lake of Fire on the Last Day at the End of the World (Matthew 24:35-36)!

“[FOR THE PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the power of God” (1 Corinthians 1:19).

“For God so loved the world, that [HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON], that whosoever [BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD] not perish, but [HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE] (John 3:16).

“For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to [SAVE THEM THAT BELIEVE]” (1 Corinthians 1:21).

“[HE THAT BELIEVETH ON THE SON HATH EVERLASTING LIFE]: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him” (John 3:36).

“[FOR GOD HATH NOT APPOINTED US TO WRATH], but to [OBTAIN SALVATION BY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST]” (1 Thessalonians 5:6-9).

“[JESUS CHRIST THE SAME YESTERDAY, AND TODAY, AND FOREVER]” (Hebrews 13:8).

“Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, [WORLD WITHOUT END]. Amen” (Ephesians 3:21).

“To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen” (1 Peter 5:11).

Our Lord JESUS CHRIST reminds us to DAILY take up the CROSS and to FOLLOW him. Let us keep FAITHFUL DAILY doing so in 2022! “For ye are all the [CHILDREN OF GOD] by [FAITH IN CHRIST JESUS]” (Galatians 3:24).

“He that loveth his life shall lose it; and [HE THAT HATETH HIS LIFE IN THIS WORLD SHALL KEEP IT UNTO LIFE ETERNAL]. If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be” (Matthew 12:24-26).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that [HEARETH MY WORD], and [BELIEVETH] on him that sent me, hath [EVERLASTING LIFE], and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life” (John 5:24).

“Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall [NEVER SEE DEATH]” (John 8:51).

“[HE THAT REJECTETH ME, AND RECEIVETH NOT MY WORDS], hath one that judgeth him: [THE WORD THAT I HAVE SPOKEN, THE SAME SHALL JUDGE HIM IN THE LAST DAY]” (John 12:48).

“These things have I written unto you that [BELIEVE ON THE NAME OF THE SON OF GOD; THAT YE MAY KNOW THAT YE HAVE ETERNAL LIFE], and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God” (1 John 5:13).

“He which testifieth these things saith, [SURELY I COME QUICKLY]. Amen. [EVEN SO, COME], Lord Jesus. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen” (Revelation 22:20-21).

GOD’s two key PROMISES to human beings must be kept before us every day to OVERCOME this world: The BOW IN THE CLOUD and THE C R O S S: “[IN HOPE OF ETERNAL LIFE, WHICH GOD], that cannot lie, [PROMISED BEFORE THE WORLD BEGAN]” (Titus 1:2).

God promised Noah and his family when they came out of the ark after the great flood, that the earth will not perish again by a great flood. God declared to Noah:

“[I DO SET MY BOW IN THE CLOUD], and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh” (Genesis 9:13, 15).

God has also promised to to SAVE AND REDEEM human beings who REPENT OF SINS AND BELIEVE IN HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON before heaven and earth perishes by fire on the Last Day (John 3:16-18) (Revelation 11:18; 16:17).

“[WHEREBY THE WORLD THAT THEN WAS, BEING OVERFLOWED WITH WATER, PERISHED]: But [THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH, WHICH ARE NOW], by the same word are kept in store, [RESERVED UNTO FIRE AGAINST THE DAY OF JUDGMENT] and perdition of ungodly men” (2 Peter 3:6-7).

“[FOR GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD, THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, THAT WHOSOEVER BELIEVETH IN HIM SHOULD NOT PERISH, BUT HAVE EVERLASTING LIFE]. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved” (John 3:16-17).

“[FOR THE PREACHING OF THE CROSS] is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are [SAVED] it is the [POWER OF GOD]” (1 Corinthians 1:19).

“[THE LORD IS NOT SLACK CONCERNING HIS PROMISE], as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
